Favorite Web Cam LinksThe best live streaming web cams I could find.
Sometimes I like to view good quality web cams from around the world. It's kind of cool to see live video from places I'll probably never go. Below you will find links to two types of web cams: controllable and static. The controllable web cams are more fun, but the static ones that I link to are worth a look.
If you know of any other good quality web cams that you think I should add to this page, please let me know.

While my sister was on vacation in New York, she stopped in front of the TGI Friday's Times Square EarthCam for a few seconds on Sunday, September 5, 2004. As she talked to me on the phone, I captured images from the EarthCam so I could put together the animations you see here. They are pretty large in file size, so if you have a slow connection, it might take a couple of years to load. I got permission to use the images, so remember that all you can do is view them. You do not have permission to put them on other web sites and you do not have permission to hotlink to them. If you want people to see these images, just give them this link:
