Web Sailor's Othello (Reversi)
A free online game by Ngai Kim Hoong (Web Sailor)

A nice little Othello game with an undo button. This game doesn't seem to have sound.

There are Google AdSense ads on other pages of this web site, but to give you some relief, this page has no ads. You can just relax and enjoy the game. The game itself might contain an ad, but I have no control over that. If you enjoy having an ad-free experience while playing this game and want to show your appreciation, you could always donate or send a gift from one of my Amazon wish lists.

Introduction

This is the best free online Othello game that I have found so far. It has three levels of difficulty and an undo button.

How to Play

If you've never played before, the concept is simple. When you place a stone, it's like you're making a cookie sandwich and your opponent is the filling (there has to be at least one of your opponent's stones in the middle). Any of your opponent's stones caught between the stone you just placed and any of your stones already on the board will be turned into your color like they were infected or body snatched. You can convert a lot of your opponents stones to your own color, but as you will see, that's not such a good idea during the first part of a game.

Remember that you have an undo button, so don't be afraid to try new things. You can click the undo button as many times as you need to.
