The French engineer, Guy Negre, has developed a concept of a totally non-polluting engine for use in urban areas. The engine can power various sizes of vehicles, from tiny cars to large urban public transport 'trains.' These vehicles actually emit cleaner air than what we usually breathe; a welcome change. The temperature of the clean air expelled from the exhaust pipe is between 0 to 15 degrees below zero and can be subsequently channelled and used for air conditioning in the interior of the car.
